Responsibilities
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence; maintains files on correspondence and reports.
- Completes correspondence in a timely, accurate manner; files and record keeping are designed and maintained to allow for easy retrieval of information.
- Demonstrates clear contributions to reaching the business volume/revenue goals on a monthly basis by efforts to meet client needs with staffing, by developing/implementing creative solutions to overcome challenges, by supporting a cost effective work environment.
- Develops/revises forms and tools necessary to promote the efficient operations of the business line.
- Utilizes IT whenever possible to streamline the efficiency of operations; makes recommendations to modify/refine current forms/documents to better meet clients'/business needs.
- Makes sure reports are accurate and maintained in applicable computer systems.
- Generates reports to assist Nurse Leadership with staffing and scheduling.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Qualifications
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs or equivalent experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
- Previous scheduling experience (preferred).
- Previous Epic experience (preferred).
