About the role
Certified Clinician specializing in the assessment, evaluation, and treatment of patients with acute or chronic wounds, ostomy management, and related issues.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with medical teams to evaluate and develop patient treatment plans, focusing on wound care, fistulae, tubes, skin, and incontinence management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy program.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience or completion of an approved Wound Care/Ostomy residency.
- Active licensure in Georgia as a PT, RN, or OT.
- Relevant certifications such as CWON, CWS, CWCA, CWCN, or WCC, and BCLS certification.
- Maintain Continuing Education Units as required.
