Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care
- Completes and documents initial and ongoing assessments
- Utilizes physical assessment and interviewing techniques
- Determines priorities for patient care needs or problems
- Performs clinical nursing skills independently
- Aids in the development of specific clinical care plans for individual patients and reevaluates care plan for effectiveness as needed
- Implements treatments as ordered
- Initiates appropriate emergency procedures as necessary
- Demonstrates competency in hyperbaric medicine
- Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary professional staff to improve the delivery of quality patient care
- Collaborates in coordinating patient activities with other disciplines
- Communicates the patient's status and plan of care through written documentation in the patient's medical record
- Verbal communication of the patient's status to physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals
- Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Registered Nurse
- Current “Healthcare Provider” CPR certification

- Pay Range: $32.18 - $49.46
- Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
