Job Summary
Grace Baptist Church in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Worship Minister to lead their congregation in heartfelt, Christ-centered worship.
About the Role
This role includes providing pastoral and musical leadership for the worship ministry of Grace Baptist Church, planning and leading Sunday worship and special services, leading and developing the choir, worship band, and other worship ministries, and providing leadership and supervision to the Media Director and media ministry. The ideal candidate will have a clear calling to pastoral ministry, a heart for shepherding people, strong musical and worship-leading abilities, and the ability to recruit, equip, and develop volunteers.
Responsibilities
- Provide pastoral and musical leadership for the worship ministry of Grace Baptist Church
- Plan and lead Sunday worship and special services
- Lead and develop the choir, worship band, and other worship ministries
- Provide leadership and supervision to the Media Director and media ministry
Requirements
