About the Role

New City Church is a new church that launched in January of 2026. We are looking for a gifted and skilled worship leader who leads out of an overflow of intimacy with Christ and wants to help build a gospel-shaped, Christ-centered, congregationally engaging, vertical worship culture from the very beginning. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape the culture of a brand-new church as part of an experienced leadership team.
