Worship Leader
Job Summary
Woodbine Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Worship Leader to lead and develop their worship ministry.
About the Role
The Worship Leader will help plan and lead weekly worship services, work with praise teams, musicians, youth band, and sound teams, and recruit and equip volunteers. This role will also help coordinate music for special services and events and provide general oversight of music and technical resources.

Requirements
- Evident and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrated through the fruit of their life
- Ability to lead effectively while working well with others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit and grounded in Scripture
- Energy, enthusiasm, and excitement to worship ministry
- Flexibility, dependability, teachability, and willingness to serve wherever needed
- A heart for developing and encouraging volunteers
- Good musical and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Southern Baptist or conservative evangelical background
- Ministry and/or worship leadership experience preferred
- College or seminary degree preferred but not required
