Position Overview
The Worship Leader will lead and develop a Christ centered worship ministry that supports the spiritual life and direction of the church. We are seeking someone who can lead confidently from the platform while building, discipling, and organizing volunteers.
Requirements
- Strong vocal ability
- Musical leadership skills
- Dependable
- Organized
- Spiritually mature
- In agreement with Baptist Doctrine
- Proficiency with a musical instrument (a plus)
