Worship Arts Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead student ministry programs and events that foster spiritual growth and community among 7th–12th graders.
• Build and develop a team of volunteers and staff members to support student ministry initiatives.
• Engage the wider community in supporting the vision and mission of the ministry.
• Empower students in their faith journey through mentorship and guidance.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where students feel seen, heard, and valued.

Requirements

• A passion for youth ministry and a deep understanding of the Christian faith.
• Experience leading and mentoring young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth ministry or related field.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
