Responsibilities

• Manage candidate relationships
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients
• Handle administrative tasks related to the hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with legal firms is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for helping candidates find their dream jobs
