Workplace Planning Strategist

Responsibilities

• Support assigned client accounts with ongoing workplace and occupancy planning services
• Develop relationships with client real estate and workplace teams
• Participate in meetings to translate business priorities into planning activities
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve space utilization
• Evaluate workplace requirements and forecast future space needs
• Prepare planning documentation including stacking plans and space programs
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to deliver workplace solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Workplace Strategy, Space & Occupancy Planning, or Corporate Real Estate
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in pivot tables and structured data analysis
• Strong communication skills in PowerPoint and writing
• Knowledge of workplace planning and portfolio planning principles

Pay

$105,658 – $115,000 annually
