Position Summary
The Workplace Experience & Executive Coordinator is the heartbeat of Sycle's remote-first team, responsible for administrative support, office operations, and team support. This hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado requires a combination of remote work and regular in-office attendance (3-4 days).
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Organize and manage Sycle's executive leadership's schedules and meetings.
- Handle meeting agendas and logistics to ensure smooth operation.
- Create polished presentations and reports.
- Aid with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event coordination.
- Office Operations
- Keep the office vibe going, both physically and virtually.
- Plan company meetings, team events, and employee engagement activities.
- Design and execute engaging virtual and hybrid events to foster connection, inclusivity, and fun.
- Serve as the primary cultural architect, identifying new opportunities to build community and team spirit.
- Team Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee administrative requests.
- Help new hires integrate into the team.
- Maintain company records, documentation, and internal systems.
- Coordinate training sessions, all-hands meetings, and company communications.
- Business Operations Support
- Maintain organizational systems, project trackers, and administrative workflows.
- Assist leadership teams with special projects, research, and operational initiatives.
- Support reporting and record management across business systems.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
What You Bring to the Team
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
- Additional coursework or certifications in business administration, office management, or related fields are a plus.
- Experience
- 2–5 years of administrative, executive assistant, office coordinator, or operations support experience.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a professional business environment.
- Prior experience in a technology or SaaS company preferred.
- Skills
- Master juggler with organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work with remote and onsite employees.
- Natural communicator with the ability to brighten up emails and lead conversations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools.
- Experience with business applications such as Slack, Gmail / Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Reporting Structure
This position reports to the President and works closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Product, Operations, Enterprise Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
