Responsibilities

• Provide world-class transportation and customer service to office personnel, visitors, and clients.
• Keep travel logs and service records as required.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and make minor repairs as needed.
• May perform miscellaneous errands.
• Train and mentor new and current peers on duties and procedures.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting or carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Benefits

The minimum salary for the Workplace Driver position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Driver position is $55,120 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
