Working Student Project & Product Management in Digital & Automation (m/f/d)*
About the role
The IT1.19.3.3 Business Solutions – Digital & Automation team delivers value to business areas in Financial and Asset Management Services through transformation projects, application development, IT product management, and consulting.
- Support or lead small-scale projects as requested
- Assist senior team members in project coordination activities, including formalizing agreed actions and key decisions
- Support product management, including financials, risks, issues, and documentation
- Provide project status updates, covering milestones, financials, risks, issues, and documentation
- Assist in organizing workshops
Requirements
- University student in Business Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent (bachelor’s or master’s level)
- Passion for engaging people, learning & development, and information technologies
- Motivation to experience roles in project management, product management, and consulting
- General knowledge of IT & technology, with experience using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and optionally Azure DevOps
- High proficiency in English and ideally German
- Full-time availability for the first 2 months, reducible to 16 or 20 hours per week afterward based on availability
- Available for at least 6 months starting 1 September (longer availability preferred)
- Students from non-EU countries require a German residence/work permit
- The first master’s degree may not be completed before or during the internship
