Responsibilities

• Aid in the onboarding of new creators, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance creator engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze creator performance and user behavior to provide actionable insights.
• Respond to creator inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance to improve their experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to refine our approach.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Business, Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields).
• Strong analytical skills with a grasp of key growth and engagement metrics.
• Excellent communication abilities and a genuine interest in working with creators.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in CRM or analytics tools being advantageous.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Familiarity with German (English is preferred but not mandatory).
