WORKING STUDENT FINANCES & OPERATIONS

What We Need You For

• Assisting with preparatory bookkeeping
• Reviewing, sorting, and digitally filing receipts and invoices
• S supporting travel expense and reimbursement processes
• Reconciling accounts and maintaining data in our systems
• Assisting with monthly closing activities
• Communicating with internal stakeholders
• Performing general administrative tasks within the finance department

What You Bring

• Initial experience in accounting, finance, or commercial administration (preferred, but not required)
• A careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Confident use of Excel and digital tools
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and trustworthiness
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute in a dynamic environment
• Currently enrolled as a university student
• Availability of 10–20 hours per week
• Minimum age: 18 years
