What We Need You For
- Assisting with preparatory bookkeeping
- Reviewing, sorting, and digitally filing receipts and invoices
- S supporting travel expense and reimbursement processes
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining data in our systems
- Assisting with monthly closing activities
- Communicating with internal stakeholders
- Performing general administrative tasks within the finance department
What You Bring
- Initial experience in accounting, finance, or commercial administration (preferred, but not required)
- A careful, structured, and reliable way of working
- Confident use of Excel and digital tools
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and trustworthiness
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute in a dynamic environment
- Currently enrolled as a university student
- Availability of 10–20 hours per week
- Minimum age: 18 years
