Your Tasks

• You support the Technical Key account Managers of the Service Desk Connectivity team on a specific project.
• You will learn about our agile project management and collaborate with all stakeholders to bring the project a success.
• With your polite and professional appearance, you ensure a high-quality outcome with the expected timeframe.
• Your tasks include the ongoing logging and documentation of processes and interactions in the ITSM system (IT Service Management).
• You have the will to constantly expand and deepen your knowledge.
• In doing so, you receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team.

Your Skills

• Ongoing studies related to Economics or IT
• Excellent service orientation as well as communication skills in German and English (at least B1) both written and spoken.
• A great team spirit and flexibility when required to achieve goals and complete assignments.
• Adhering to policies and procedures and upholding organizational values
• Will to learn, take ownership and drive things forwards
• Terms like: ‘leased line, VPN, API, Frontend‑Backend, …’ are familiar to you
• Experience in the service desk environment and in the use of an ITSM (IT Service Management) tool is appreciated.
• Knowledge about ITIL processes (certification desirable) and incident management skills are a plus
• Knowledge about agile way of working is a plus
