Working Lead - 2nd Shift

About the role

The Working Lead will oversee welding operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. They will manage a team of welders and perform welding tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily welding operations to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
• Manage a team of welders, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Perform welding tasks as required to meet production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and maintain documentation.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of welding experience, including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in using welding equipment and techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
