Workforce Technology- Payroll Implementation - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Developing and implementing HR technology solutions to enhance service delivery and align with business objectives
• Collaborating with clients to assess and transform HR functions, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
• Providing guidance on HR transformation strategies and technology implementation
• Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality work and grow their skills
• Built meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex HR concepts and provide actionable insights
• Engaging in stakeholder management to facilitate successful HR technology adoption
• Supporting clients in navigating organizational change and enhancing employee engagement
• Applying knowledge of payroll legislation and software to optimize payroll processes and compliance

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
• Skills in Human Resources (HR) Technology Solution Architecture
• Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving
• Implementing technology solutions in HR and payroll systems
• Navigating change management and business transformation initiatives
• Building meaningful client connections and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
