WorkForce Software (WFS) Integration Consultant

Core Responsibilities

• : Design end-to-end integration strategies, data mapping, and system dependencies using APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
• : Lead hands-on implementation and administration of WFS modules, specifically Time & Attendance, Leave Management, and Scheduling.
• : Map complex labor laws, payroll calculations, and compliance rules into scalable, product-based configurations.
• : Drive client engagement from requirement gathering (BRD creation) through data loading, testing, and go-live support.

Technical & Functional Qualifications

• : Extensive experience configuring, implementing, and administering WorkForce Software (WFS) across diverse industries.
• : Strong background in API-based integrations, enterprise middleware, and secure file transfers.
• : Deep understanding of HR/Payroll data flows, data integrity practices, and workforce compliance.
• : Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specs and guide clients through system changes.
