Workforce Partnerships and Talent Manager
About the Organization
EnCorps advocates for equitable STEM education. Anchored in our belief that underrepresented students belong in STEM, we recruit, prepare, and support STEM professionals to explore meaningful volunteer opportunities in high-need schools. For many, this experience leads to pathways into teaching. Together, these efforts strengthen the teacher workforce and expand student access to high-quality, industry-connected science, technology, engineering, and math education. We see a future where students from under-resourced schools have the education, confidence, and skill set to succeed in an increasingly complex and diverse world.
