Responsibilities

  • Leading HR transformation initiatives to optimize workforce strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Developing and implementing HR technology solutions to improve service delivery models and enhance HR function efficiency
  • Managing client engagements by planning, budgeting, executing, and completing projects successfully
  • Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
  • Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for business transformation and process optimization
  • Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
  • Upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Technology Solution Architecture
  • Utilizing strategic human resource planning to drive business transformation
  • Embracing change management and technology implementation for workforce optimization
  • Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
  • Developing skills in HR metrics and service delivery models
  • Managing HR project management with a focus on technology operations

Qualifications

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
