Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end forecasting and workforce capacity planning for a business unit
- Develop and maintain forecasts aligned with operational and financial goals
- Ensure demand forecasts align with staffing strategies and financial targets
- Define and improve forecasting methodologies and governance
- Design and implement advanced forecasting models using analytical tools
- Leverage Python and ETL tools to automate data pipelines and processes
- Monitor forecast accuracy and lead performance reviews, presenting insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, or analytics
- Proven experience creating and managing forecasting models in complex settings
- Hands-on proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing a small team
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting to senior leadership
