Workforce Management Analyst - PS
Responsibilities
- Analyzes historical staffing data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.
- Creates process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate findings and implement solutions.
- Makes recommendations based on data that support business objectives.
- Monitors real time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance.
- Builds plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation.
- Presents justifications for additional staff based on patient volume and appointment demand.
- Collaborates with patient services leadership team to develop scheduling strategies.
- Works closely with HR and training teams to reduce placement time of key resources.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; associates degree.
- Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role.
- Project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail orientation with strong organizational abilities.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.

About the Role
Worksforce Management Analyst at Quest Diagnostics is responsible for analyzing staffing trends and creating forecasts to optimize staffing resources. This role involves making recommendations based on data that support business objectives, monitoring real-time data to ensure optimal PSC performance, and collaborating with various teams to improve resource allocation and employee satisfaction.
Pay
$60,500+ per year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and market and organizational factors.
Schedule
Hybrid Schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
