OTHR$44k–$82k/yrFull-time

About the role

At Wycliffe Bible Translators, we desire to see a day when every man, woman and child can encounter Jesus personally through Scripture in a language and format they clearly understand. Today, that vision is moving forward in powerful ways. Of the world’s roughly 7,400 spoken and signed languages, translation work is already underway in nearly 2,800. And while there are 514 known remaining languages still waiting for Bible translation to begin, each one represents an opportunity for you to serve with us as we see Scripture made available to all people! In collaboration with the Workforce Development Manager, your contributions will play a pivotal role in designing and developing learning resources that strengthen staff organizational impact and enhance learner engagement through coaching, facilitation support, learner engagement practices and continuous improvement efforts across reskilling and upskilling initiatives, Engage, and other Workforce Development learning resources.
