Workforce Development Specialist

Role Overview: Lead and coordinate the HAI training program, ensuring compliance, effective delivery, and continuous improvement across multiple departments. Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs, develop content, monitor progress, and maintain audit-ready records. Analyze gaps, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement enhancements to support operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and workforce capability. Key Responsibilities: Manage training requirements, scheduling, and reporting; develop and deliver programs; maintain documentation; drive process improvements; administer compliance and safety programs; identify risks and gaps, and support corrective actions.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience; 3-5 years in training, program coordination, or related areas; experience with learning programs, metrics reporting, and regulated environments; strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills.Skills: Excellent planning, coordination, and follow-through; effective facilitation and presentation; proficiency in MS Office and training systems; problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement mindset; ability to work independently and collaborate across organizational levels.Working Conditions: Climate-controlled office; exposure to manufacturing areas; use of PPE; lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional travel.
