- Manage job postings and update listings
- Communicate with candidates via email and phone

- Handle inquiries and complaints from employers and candidates
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
