Workforce Analyst
About the role
A Workforce Analyst joining Cincy Connect Services will work directly on decision-ready analysis in support of customer-support outsourcing across phone, email, chat, social channels, help desk, technical support, quality, and service operations. The operating lens is workforce analytical review within customer support outsourcing, so incomplete information is surfaced before it becomes downstream rework.
The practical outcome is dependable decision-ready analysis: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes. For Cincy Connect Services, that result is measured through workforce analytical review within customer support outsourcing.
