About the Role
As our Workers' Compensation Specialist, you will assist in supporting injured employees and ensuring efficient operations. You will liaison between the third-party administrator and injured employees, manage modified duty placement, coordinate transitional duty, and handle ADAAA accommodations. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to employee well-being, and program compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of experience in Workers' Compensation, Human Resources, or a related field in lieu of the degree
- Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prepare and present presentations
- Critical analysis skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation
