• Workers’ compensation defense
• Subrogation
• Wrongful termination defense
• Serious and willful defense
• Professional athlete injury defense
• Workers’ compensation fraud claims
• Workers’ compensation insurance coverage
• Longshore and Harbor workers’ compensation
