Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings; successfully try cases as needed.

  • Utilize technology to efficiently manage files and clients within a paperless environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of workers' compensation or relevant litigation experience.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice in North Carolina.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to collaborative success.
