Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead | Salt Lake City UT

For our client, we are seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee complex claims handling within a fast-paced insurance environment, with a focus on guiding team performance and ensuring timely, cost-effective resolution outcomes. The position will work closely with adjusters, vendors, and other stakeholders to support litigation management, compliance, and workload coordination. It also offers the opportunity to influence process consistency, team accountability, and operational effectiveness across the claims function.
