A Day in the Life

As our Workers’ Compensation Claims Consultant on the Claims team, you’ll obtain claims status updates from carrier partners, provide suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to assist with claim resolution, and develop claims management strategies with clients. Services should help clients reduce the cost of claims and provide clients with the necessary information to determine the best claims management approach for their organization.

Who We Are

  • We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
  • 5-7 years of claims experience including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and peers
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service related skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications

Additional Qualifications

  • AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM preferred

About the Role

The applicable base salary range for this role is $59,700 to $111,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
