Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team in Rocklin. The ideal candidate must reside in California and have a proven track record of handling Workers' Compensation Claims.

About the Role

Assist a dynamic team in Fresno. Work within a team of 7, including 5 Claims Adjusters and 2 Claims Coordinators. Ensure exceptional claim handling and adherence to company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and feedback to team members to enhance skills and performance
• Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with relevant statutes and company guidelines
• Address personnel issues promptly and decisively, keeping management informed of corrective action
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment focused on excellence in claim resolution

Requirements

• MUST reside in California
• MUST have California Workers Compensation Claims Experience

• Proven experience in Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
