Workers' Compensation Claim Consultant
CCMSI · Reading, MA · 4 wk ago
$85k–$95k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview? Actually we need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use for each heading only if content exists. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, duplicate lines, application instructions, legal/EEO etc.
We need to extract content:
From posting:
Overview Position Title: Workers' Compensation Claim Consultant (MA, CT, RI) Location: Reading, MA (Hybrid reporting after training duration) Schedule: 8:00 am-4:30 pm ET Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
Then "Build Your Career With Purpose at CCMSI" paragraph.
Then "Job Summary" paragraph.
Then "Responsibilities" list.
Then "Qualifications" with Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications.
Then "Why You’ll Love Working Here" bullet list: 4 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays, Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurance, Retirement plans: 401(k) and ESOP, Career growth: internal training and advancement opportunities, Culture: supportive team-based environment.
Then "How We Measure Success" maybe not needed as a heading; but we could include as part of About the role? The instruction: include sections only when posting has real specific content. Could include "About the role" covering overview, job summary, maybe how we measure success? But we have specific headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to map content:
- About the role: could include overview, job summary, maybe "Build Your Career With Purpose" and "Job Summary". Also maybe "How We Measure Success" could be part of About the role? But we can keep it as part of About the role.
- Responsibilities: the list under Responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" (Five or more years... Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adjuster’s license: CT, RI). Could also include "Preferred Qualifications" but that's under Qualifications.
- Qualifications: maybe combine Required and Preferred? But we have separate headings Requirements and Qualifications. Could treat Requirements as mandatory, Qualifications as preferred? Or we could put Required under Requirements and Preferred under Qualifications. Also Skills could be separate: maybe Microsoft Office proficiency, bilingual Spanish, etc. But we can decide.
- Skills: maybe list Microsoft Office, bilingual Spanish, etc.
- Benefits: from "Why You’ll Love Working Here": PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision/life/disability, retirement plans 401(k) and ESOP, career growth, culture.
- Pay: Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000. Also mention bonuses etc. Could include that.
- Schedule: 8:00 am-4:30 pm ET.
We must not include headings with filler like "not specified". All sections have content.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must not include boilerplate like Visa Sponsorship, ADA, EEO, Core Values, hashtags, etc.
We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Hybrid reporting after training duration", "Reading, MA". Also "Build Your Career With Purpose at CCMSI" paragraph content. Also "Job Summary" paragraph. Also responsibilities list items exactly as given (but we can trim duplication? Must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each responsibility bullet as is, not summarizing. However we can keep them as list items.
Similarly qualifications: Required Qualifications bullet list: Five or more years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Adjuster’s license: CT, RI
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency — highly valued for communicating with claimants, employers, or vendors, but not required.
We could put these under Requirements and Qualifications sections accordingly.
Skills: maybe list Microsoft Office proficiency, bilingual Spanish, etc. But we already have those in qualifications. Could create Skills section with those items.
But we must not duplicate content? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy. However we need to fit into headings. We could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills (like Microsoft Office, bilingual Spanish). But that would duplicate the same info. Could instead put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and under Qualifications we put nothing? But we need to output a section only when posting has real specific content for it. If we put Qualifications heading but no content, that's not allowed. So we need to decide how to split.
Alternative: Use Requirements for mandatory (years experience, MS Office, license). Use Qualifications for preferred (Bachelor's degree, bilingual Spanish). Use Skills maybe for something else like "Claim investigation, negotiation, settlement, subrogation, etc." But those are responsibilities. Could treat Skills as "Claim investigation, negotiation, settlement, subrogation, etc." but that's more like responsibilities.
Better: Use Requirements for mandatory qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications, and Skills for maybe "Microsoft Office proficiency, bilingual Spanish" but that duplicates. Could instead put Skills as "Claim investigation, negotiation, settlement, subrogation, medical/legal invoice review, etc." but that's essentially responsibilities.
Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called "Requirements" and skip Qualifications and Skills. But we must follow the allowed headings list; we can omit sections if no content. So we could output only About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. That seems reasonable.
We need to include About the role: overview, job summary, maybe "Build Your Career With Purpose" and "How We Measure Success"? The latter is about measuring success; could be part of About the role.
We must not include boilerplate like Core Values, hashtags, etc.
Let's extract substantive paragraphs:

We could include that as part of About the role.
Now Responsibilities list: we need to keep each bullet.
Let's copy them exactly as in posting:

Note: Some bullets are short like "Client satisfaction." Might be incomplete but we keep as is.
Now Requirements: Required Qualifications:
- Five or more years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adjuster’s license: CT, RI
We could also include "Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required." and "Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency — highly valued for communicating with claimants, employers, or vendors, but not required." as preferred qualifications; we could put them under Requirements as well? But we have separate Qualifications heading maybe.
Let's decide: We'll have Requirements for mandatory, Qualifications for preferred.
Thus:
Requirements (
