Core Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution
  • Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal team members
  • Collaborate with and help lead support staff to ensure excellent client service
  • Represent the firm at professional and community events as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of workers’ compensation experience (applicant or defense)
  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • Experience handling cases from inception through resolution
  • Valid California driver’s license and willingness to travel to WCAB boards as needed

Additional Information: This role involves frequent interaction with clients and requires a high level of professionalism. Most client communication is conducted via phone and video, with occasional in-person meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 annually (DOE)
