Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Workers' Compensation cases.
- Manage case preparation, including research, document handling, and court appearances.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved.
- Collaborate with our team to develop innovative strategies for challenging cases.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the State of New Jersey.
- 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law preferred but not mandatory.
- We are willing to train a highly motivated and detail-oriented beginner.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Filevine, Slack, and RingCentral, or similar software.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a significant plus.
