The Opportunity

Serve as the change management and training lead across Workday implementations and AMS engagements
Partner with functional consultants to understand Workday configuration, business process design, and downstream impacts to end users
Conduct change impact assessments across key Workday areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation)
Develop and execute adoption strategies aligned to client goals, timelines, and deployment approach
Design and deliver end-user training programs, including: Role-based training strategy Instructor-led sessions (virtual and in-person) Job aids, quick reference guides, and enablement materials Workday-specific training environments and demos

What You Need

  • 5-10+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement, ideally within ERP or HCM implementations
  • Hands-on experience supporting Workday deployments (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Financials)
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes and how configuration decisions impact end users
  • PREFERRED: Workday partner certification (any functional area)
  • Experience supporting multi-country or global deployments
  • Background in HR, Payroll, or Operations
  • Familiarity with Workday deployment methodologies (Launch, Launch Express, or similar)

Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

  • Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
  • Eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
