Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

About The Opportunity

SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on configuration, integration support, and technical design for Client’s Workday Learning environment, working within NIIT's mentorship structure under Workday SMEs.
• This is a build-and-configure role, not an end-user/administration role.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on configuration experience in Workday HCM/Learning — Business Process design, Supervisory Organisations, Security Groups, Calculated Fields
• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) — building and troubleshooting integration templates, not just processing inbound files
• Custom, Advanced, and Matrix Report building in Workday
• Practical understanding of Workday integration architecture — Core Connectors, Web Services, Studio
• Minimum 3+ years of direct Workday configuration/technical delivery (not adjacent HRIS administration)

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow exposure — ticketing, HR Service Delivery, or workflow configuration, given Client’s HRMS dependency
• Insurance or regulated financial services domain experience
• Singapore time-zone alignment or willingness to work Client’s core hours
• Prior work on mandatory/compliance learning campaigns specifically (business process + notification logic)

Non-Qualifying Experience

• Workday exposure limited to transactional processing, case management, or HR operations without configuration/build responsibility
• EIB experience limited to running pre-built inbound loads rather than designing templates
