Workday Technical Developer
About the role
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Technical Developer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to innovative projects within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
- Navigate Workday’s tenant model and security framework confidently.
- Write well-structured Studio integrations that are easy to maintain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentoring of more junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of Workday integration development experience.
- Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
- Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Required: Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred: Workday Pro Integrations certification.
- Preferred: Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.
- Preferred: Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
- Preferred: Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce).
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000–$150,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

This is a full-time, direct W2 position.
