Work You'll Do Lead project workstreamsIdentify and document business requirementsProvide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping)Testing, user training, defining support proceduresCoordination of schedulesCreation of documentation and collateralCreation and execution of test / use casesConfiguration of Workday softwareAssisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's effortsAssisting project leadership as required Qualifications 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday SCM/ERP finance domain2+ years of experience leading SCM workstreams as well as project teamsWorkday SCM Professional certification or capability to obtain upon joiningA minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday SCM implementationDemonstrated knowledge in some combination of the following: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC)Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent professional experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred: An advanced degree in the area of specializationFunctional knowledge around SCM systems and processes.Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlinesAbility to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagementsExperience as a lead and mentor to junior staffPresentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) Wages + Salary The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,000 to $229,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
