The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in bringing clients the best cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday and Infor. Our teams leverage Deloitte’s extensive expertise to deliver transformative solutions tailored to our clients' unique business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams
- Identify and document business requirements
- Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping)
- Test and user training
- Define support procedures
- Coordination of schedules
- Create documentation and collateral
- Create and execute test/use cases
- Configure Workday software
- Assist with prioritization and sequencing of workstream efforts
- Assist project leadership as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday SCM/ERP finance domain
- 2+ years of experience leading SCM workstreams and project teams
- Workday SCM Professional certification or ability to obtain upon joining
- Minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday SCM implementation
- Demonstrated knowledge in some combination of the following: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Ability to travel 50% on average based on the work and clients served
- Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent professional experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- PREFERRED: Advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Functional knowledge around SCM systems and processes
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
- Experience as a lead and mentor to junior staff
- Presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
