Workday Supply Chain - Sr Consultant

Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams
- Identify and document business requirements
- Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping)
- Testing, user training, define support procedures
- Coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral
- Creation and execution of test / use cases
- Configuration of Workday software
- Assist with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream’s efforts
- Assist project leadership as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday SCM/ERP finance domain
- 2+ years of experience leading SCM workstreams as well as project teams
- Workday SCM Professional certification or capability to obtain upon joining
- A minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday SCM implementation
- Demonstrated knowledge in some combination of the following: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years equivalent professional experience
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
- Experience as a lead and mentor to junior staff
- Presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Preferred
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Functional knowledge around SCM systems and processes

Pay
The wage range for this role is $116,000 to $229,100. Wages and salaries are determined based on a variety of factors including skill set, experience, and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
