Workday Subject Matter Expert

About the role

The role of Workday Subject Matter Expert involves providing technical support and expertise in the implementation and management of Workday HR and Finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the deployment and ongoing maintenance of Workday systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
• Conducting training sessions for end-users on Workday functionalities
• Documenting processes and procedures related to Workday integration and configuration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or consulting
• Strong understanding of Workday HR and/or Finance modules
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based systems
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
