About the role
The Workday Student Practice at Kognitiv Inc. is a lean, rapidly growing team focused on helping higher education institutions master Workday Student. We are seeking a Workday Student Financials Architect/Consultant who is passionate about driving innovation and mentoring the next generation of consultants.
Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design, configure, and deploy Workday Student to address the unique challenges faced by higher education institutions.
- Lead & Mentor: Manage project scope and quality, and coach less experienced team members to ensure their growth.
- Innovate the Practice: Bring fresh perspectives and best practices to our deployment of Student solutions, turning lessons learned into industry standards.
- Problem Solve: Conduct deep-dive research into complex issues and present actionable corrective measures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, including Implementing, Post-Production/AMS, or working with clients.
- Expertise in Workday Student Financials, Student Core, Security, and Reporting.
- Experience leading projects from initial scoping through go-live.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- A strong builder mentality, eager to contribute to a small, agile team environment.

- Comfortable with high complexity and autonomy.
