Workday Self Service Agent (SSA) Sr. Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager (Lead) and Senior Associate with PEX, specifically Workday Help expertise, for a Workday Self Service Agent (SSA) opportunity focused on HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence skills. The WD SSA will access knowledge articles to answer user questions.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Workday Self Service Agent for HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence skills.
• Facilitate design sessions and collaborate with our offshore team to execute design, testing, and deployment.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Requirements

• Expertise in assessing existing knowledge articles, creating knowledge articles, and developing/configuring security and other attributes for the WD SSA to access the correct ones.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• No certifications required.
