Role and Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and policies.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with functional teams to define security requirements and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within Workday.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations.
- Provide guidance and training on Workday security features and protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Applications.
- Proven experience as a Workday Security Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and role-based access.
- Hands-on experience with security configuration, domain policies, and user access management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Workday Security Certified.
- Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge.
- Experience with Workday integrations, reports and security impact analysis.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and audit tools.
