Workday SCM Manager

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in bringing clients the best cloud-based ERP applications, such as Workday Financials and Infor. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
- Gain trusted advisor status with customers and client prospects by understanding their business and developing strategies to bring tangible benefits to the business using Workday and Deloitte solutions
- May have oversight of multiple workstreams within a project, providing guidance to individual workstreams, escalating risks and issues as needed, coordinating cross-functional activities, assisting with project management activities, and ensuring deliverables are ready according to plan
- Define systems strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design as-is and to-be business processes, conduct conference room pilots (CRPs), configure functional settings, test, and train clients on Workday
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, collaborate with pursuit teams, and participate in and lead aspects of proposal development
Qualifications
- 8+ years of consulting or industry experience
- 8+ years of SCM ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday ERP
- Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects from planning to go-live
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday ERP
- Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Functional Knowledge
- Knowledge of SCM processes and systems, including Procurement and Spend Management (P2P, O2C), Inventory Management, Supplier, Supply Chain Analytics
- Demonstrated experience leading the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing as-is and to-be business processes, conducting conference room pilots (CRPs), configuring functional settings, testing, and training clients on Workday
- Advanced degree in the area of specialization
Benefits
Deloitte offers a competitive salary range, with a reasonable estimate of $144,600 to $265,100. Additionally, there is a potential for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
