Workday Platform Owner, Integration, Reporting, and Security

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Platform Owner, Integration, Reporting, and Security to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will own the strategy and day-to-day support for Workday integrations, reporting, and security across the HR technology environment. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and technical teams to ensure solutions are well-designed, well-documented, and aligned to business needs. It also plays a key role in improving support processes, resolving recurring issues, and strengthening the overall reliability of HR systems. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,900 – $175,900 annually Responsibilities Manage business customer relationships and stakeholder engagement Analyze business needs and design HR technology solutions Lead project management efforts using waterfall and agile methodologies Oversee vendor management for technical integrations Drive continuous improvement initiatives in technical support and solution design Maintain and update integration documentation and inventory Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring technical issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 6+ years of experience in the field 5+ years configuring inbound and outbound integrations with Workday HCM Experience implementing Workday integrations Experience with Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset Experience providing integration technical support to external third parties such as Payroll and Benefits providers Demonstrated skills in SQL, XML/XLST, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and middleware such as BizTalk or Fusion Benefits Competitive health and dental benefits from day one 401(k) plan participation Wellness benefits available Remote work flexibility for East Coast hours Opportunities for up to 10% travel for meetings and conferences Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
