Workday Payroll Systems Analyst

About the role

The customer has been on SAP and is transforming to Workday with a go-live scheduled. The Payroll Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting projects related to the analysis, design, and implementation of payroll and time systems and processes. This role ensures that payroll and time systems are set up in compliance with all regulations and collaborates with HR, Legal, and IT departments. The ideal candidate is a technology enthusiast with expertise in test scripting within both manual and automated frameworks, test analysis, execution, and reporting, aimed at enhancing test efficiency, cycle times, and coverage. Location: Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

• Technical Proficiency
• Reporting and Data Integrity: Design custom ad hoc reports, resolve queries, ensure accuracy, and maintain the integrity of Payroll and Time systems.
• System Configuration and Issue Resolution: Design and maintain codes and tables, prepare Payroll reports, analyze system configurations, and escalate issues to management for resolution.
• Research and Analysis
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Monitor design, perform tests on software integrations, troubleshoot technical processes, and provide support for Payroll reports.
