Workday Interface Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Workday Interface Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of Workday integration development experience
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro Integrations certification
• Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll
• Familiarity with Workday Extend
• Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce)
